The Nomad is a single-use razor with a handle machined from solid bamboo and a custom 0.15 mm single-edge 6Cr13 stainless blade with rounded safety corners. Each razor can be individually sealed in a kraft paper pouch printed with the airline's brand and regulatory text, with an optional card blade guard. Bulk formats suit assembly lines that pack into their own pouches.

Passengers handle every item in the kit. A bamboo razor with no moulded plastic parts sits naturally alongside the paper and fabric around it, and a laser-etched mark photographs well in kit reveals and press materials.

For the airline's sustainability reporting, we keep the claims precise: no moulded plastic components, a renewable bamboo handle in place of a petrochemical one, cardboard bulk packing with no plastic trays, and the bill of materials and safety data sheets to back it up. No "compostable" or "100% plastic-free" claims your team would have to defend.

We can supply kit assemblers directly and support co-brand or white-label programmes. The airline's wordmark or logo is laser-etched permanently into the bamboo handle, with no inks, labels or stickers.
