Reusable safety razors solve a different problem for a different customer. The shopper who buys disposables wants convenience — and today their only option is plastic. A bamboo disposable razor is a genuinely new proposition for the category: same use pattern, same price architecture at volume, zero plastic.
The product itself holds up the claim: high-density pressed bamboo handle (no lacquers, films or coatings), S304 stainless twin blade fixed by mechanical tension, 0.00% plastic. The handle composts; the blade oxidizes. There is no asterisk for your product page.
Private label, done properly
Your brand name, logo or artwork is laser-etched directly into the bamboo — a permanent, chemical-free process with no inks, plastics or coatings, suited to wordmarks and simple graphics. It reads as premium because it is: no printed sticker on a plastic handle can match it.
Standard packaging is a compostable kraft paper pouch; custom print with your brand colours, product name and regulatory text runs on eco-friendly water-based inks over recycled or FSC-certified stock. Kraft boxes, unbleached paper wrap and bulk formats are available for different retail and e-commerce channels.
Wholesale terms that scale
Standard MOQ is 100,000 units — about a fifth of a 20ft container — with significant price breaks at volume and lower MOQs workable on request with special pricing terms. That makes a first order practical for a regional wholesaler and repeatable for a national chain.
