Each razor is sealed in its own pouch, opened for a single shave, then discarded as a sharp — no razors kept damp at the bedside, shared, or stored opened next to unused stock.

To be precise about what we claim: we make no antibacterial or antimicrobial claim for the bamboo handle. The hygiene benefit comes from sealed, single-use supply, and that's a benefit you can evidence.

Public bodies increasingly buy against net zero, waste and single-use plastic targets, with environmental impact weighed in tender scoring. The Nomad helps you work toward those targets: the razor is 99.9% plastic-free by weight, with a renewable bamboo handle and cardboard bulk packing with no plastic trays, which gives evaluators something concrete to score.

We keep the claims tight so they survive scrutiny. We don't call the Nomad a net-zero product, since that would need a full product carbon footprint, and we make no "compostable" or "antibacterial" claims. What you get is a bill of materials, safety data sheets and third-party chemical screening your procurement and sustainability teams can file.

The Nomad is a single-blade disposable for personal care — wards, care homes, residential programmes, shelters and general institutional supply. It is not offered for pre-operative hair removal. Packaging runs from bulk cartons for central stores to individually sealed kraft pouches for ward and distribution programmes. Pouched razors need more container space (an estimated 100,000 per 20ft versus about 500,000 bulk-packed), so plan freight on the format you choose.
